Our company is looking for a SAS Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Work with the network team to configure security and authentication;
  • Perform installations of new modules;
  • Supporting SAS developers with coding issues;
  • Designs, implements, and maintains platform security via SAS Metadata and Linux;
  • Implement SAS Product patching and release upgrades as required, and act as liaison to SAS for any support issues;
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance;
  • Applies maintenance releases, upgrades and hot fixes as required;
  • Maintain security and workplace administration functions in SAS Management Console;
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to assist with change management and perform upgrades of the SAS environment when necessary;
  • Performs platform capacity planning and management;
  • Serves as an escalation point for escalated production and/or platform issues;
  • Provide user provisioning requests into the environment;
  • Provide configuration support and maintenance of the SAS platform;
  • Execute change management processes surrounding new releases of SAS functionality;
  • Helping with coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience with other BI tools e.g. IBM Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, etc;
  • Customer services & communication;
  • 5 or more years experience administering in SAS GRID Environment;
  • 3 or more years of JBoss and Apache experience, or equivalent;
  • Experience with using SAS for Digital marketing solutions;
  • Excellent documentation skills;
  • SAS product expertise General Product;
  • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills;
  • SAS RTDM (CI Studio and/or Marketing Automation, DI Studio), ESP, VIYA, and/or GDRID product expertise – Administrative;
  • 3 or more years experience administering the SAS RTDM Platform for digital marketing;
  • Problem solving;
  • Infrastructure (server and database) and network proficiency;
  • 3 or more years supporting SAS data sourcing and reporting deliveries;
  • 3 or more year developing detailed technical documentation;
  • Shell scripting is required.

Roles & Responsibilities: This role is will be responsible to design and develop the technical solution and will be hands on technology professional. This role will closely collaborate with the Tech Lead and other members of the squad to deliver quality solutions to support the business needs. 10+ year candidate, SENIOR LEVEL The Team The team/ squad will part of a larger chapter which is focused on delivering an innovative analytics platform. We are looking for a Kubernetes/Openshift DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team to support the configuration, automation, and deployment of container based applications on an Openshift environment. Some of the duties pertaining to this position can be performed remotely but the candidate will be required to be physically present at the customer site when expected by the customer and required to assist in deployment of applications on ships in rare occasions. This position entails working with in an AWS Gov Cloud environment.

Basic Functions:

  • Design and deploy Kubernetes/Openshift clusters in a highly available and scalable manner.
  • Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Kubernetes/Openshift and related tools.
  • Create container images and Kubernetes/Openshift templates.
  • Deploying Docker images and configuring them in Openshift or Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with developers to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and efficient delivery of software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes/Openshift infrastructure, applications, and networking.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure visibility and control over the Kubernetes/Openshift environment.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the Kubernetes-based infrastructure and provide recommendations to the team.
  • Collaborate with other DevOps team members to continuously improve the overall infrastructure and processes.
  • Capable of creating AWS Linux and Windows based instances.
  • Troubleshoot pod issues deployed in Openshift or Kubernetes.
  • Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.
  • Generate status reports.


Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience:

  • Master’s degree and 3 years of IT experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of IT experience; OR and Associates degree and 7 years of IT experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of
  • IT experience is required.
  • Has at least 3 years experience with administering Docker.
  • 3+ years programming with Javascript and/or Python.
  • 3+ years programming on and administering Linux servers.
  • Certification: Linux+, Security+
  • Virtualization: VMWare
  • Cloud: AWS
  • Experience using Artifactory, Git or Bitbucket.
  • Other Programming Languages: JSON, YAML, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Software: Openshift, Docker, Git, Jenkins, Jira.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experienced in writing Ansible Playbooks to configure Linux or Windows based systems.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • High level problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience developing software for enterprise environment required
  • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Azure solutions using services/resources such as API Management, Functions, Event Grid, SQL, Data Factory, Key Vault, Storage Account, Cost
  • Management, Active Directory, Defender, App Service
  • 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry/financial services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with development operation tools such as GitHub, GitVersion, ServiceNow, ReadyAPI, Jfrog, SonarQube, GenRocket, Octopus Deploy, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Jira or equivalents
  • Experience with programming languages, data formats, architecture styles, and protocols required to provide Azure-based integration solutions (e.g. Java, .NET, JSON, REST, and SOAP)

Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Application Development Team Leader
  • You will provide Azure-based resilient solutions to improve business operations for our high net worth Private Clients
  • These solutions typically involve integrating our CRM platform with other internal systems
  • Plan and implement new Azure development as part of a scrum team
  • Support existing Azure applications during normal business and off-hours
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders for support and new development purposes
  • Design, document, and develop cost-effective solutions that follow internal and external standard
  • Maintain and operate end-to-end development operations automation pipeline
  • Write automated tests for unit, integration, and functional tests
  • Integrate monitoring tools with support operations for proactive incident management
